PUSDAKOTA organizes three main programs:

1. Social Empowerment Program, consists of three program activities :
   • Character Development for Children (PEKA)
   • Community Health Program (KASIH)
2. Economic Empowerment Program, consist of two programs activities :
   • Micro Credit Finance (KAMI)
   • Social Entrepreneurship (WARAS)
3. Environmental Empowerment Program, consist of three programs activities :
   • Integrated Environmental Management (PELITA)
   • Organic Farm (PERNIK)
   • Health Sanitation (KESAN)
